Blue Knights PA X

The Blue Knights is an international, fraternal organization consisting of active and retired men and women in law enforcement who  enjoy riding motorcycles. In the Spring of 1974,  Ed Gallant from the Bangor, Maine Police Department and Chuck Shuman from the Brewer, Maine Police Department met with five other officers from the area and formed a small, local motorcycle club.  Blue Knights enjoy not only the common bond of a career in law enforcement, but also a love of motorcycles.

The Pennsylvania X chapter of the Blue Knights was formed on September 17, 1982 with 17 members. We currently have 70 members and are an active and charitable group.

We plan weekend rides, attend picnics and social gatherings for other chapters, near and far, and participate in various fundraising activities as well as a chapter picnic and a holiday party.  Our chapter meetings are held on the 2nd Thursday of the month, hosted by a different member each month.

To become a member of our chapter, please contact usOur chapter secretary will send you an application.

Our Chapter Picnic was held at Brother Keyes' home in Newtown Square on June 13th.  See the slideshow!
Special thanks to Dean Keyes, to those who helped prepare, cook, and clean up afterward, and to Brother Mason for putting the pictures together.
