MINUTES OF THE MEETING 01/14/2010 Meeting called to order by President Mike Dolly at 2008 Hours. In attendance: Mike Dolly, Roger Davenport, Jack Kelly, Pat Smythe, Don Doyle, Ellwood Gittman, Fred Mason, Joe Walsh Jr, Joe Walsh Sr, Jack Esher, Dominic Squillace, David Wilding, Ryan Marley, Kevin Otto, and Dean Keyes. Motion to accept the minutes as printed for the month of December 2009 (Davenport, Keyes) passed TREASURER’S REPORT: Pat gave December 2009 report (Keyes, Squillace) passed QUARTERMASTER: If anyone is interested in items that are in stock or ordering items, contact Ben Facciolo.

2nd Reading: Kevin Hall, Aston Twp PD. COMMUNICATIONS/ACTIVITIES:
On February 20, 2010, the Central PA C.O.P.S. (Concerns of Police Survivors) will have a reception at the Life Team Building in Harrisburg, where they will officially receive thier Charter. All are invited.
Blue Knights NJ 17, Feb 27, 2010. Tickets are $40.00 per person. Proceeds will benefit a six year old, in need of chair lift for his home. VFW Post 4591, 513 Veterans Place, Hasbrouck Heights, NJ 07604
Blue Knights Tri-State Conference, Saturday May 1, 2010 at 1pm located at 206 Old Loudon Rd., Latham New York, 12110. Anyone interested contact President Dolly.
HELMETS SHOULD BE WORN on any Blue Knights ride or group ride No Exceptions OLD BUSINESS: Committee was formed for running a fundraiser for our chapter. On the committee are Brother Keyes, Smythe and Fuller. We will be selling tickets for a family of four, two adults and two children for 4 nights and 5 days including airfare to Walt Disney World for $5.00 per ticket. Drawing will be at our chapter picnic on June 13, 2010. Tickets are in. We need help in selling the tickets from our membership, so this will be successful. If you can’t come to the meeting, please contact one of the officers or members, so arrangements can be made to get tickets to you.
NEW BUSINESS: Discussion about this year chapter X-Mas party and a motion was made that we have it this year at Brother Otto’s house, since all had a good time this year and everything went well. Motion to accept (Keyes,Smythe) passed. All members please marked your calendar for Dec 11, 2010; you will have a great time.
This year's International Blue Knights Meeting will be in Billings, Montana. OLD BUSINESS: Blue Knights Pa X Chapter Picnic (OUR PICNIC) Sunday June 13, 2010. Please mark that date on your calendar. Picnic will be at Brother Keyes’ house. We need help at our picnic and also door prizes. More information will be coming
GOOD OF THE ORDER: Brother Dominic Squillace brought an American Flag that was carried by Brother Anthony Carroll while serving with the military in Tallil, Iraq. Brother Davenport will purchase a triangle Case for the protection and display of the flag.
A motion was made to make Steve Pacilio an Honorary Member of our chapter. (Squillace, Davenport) passed. Congratulations and welcome!
