MINUTES OF THE MEETING FOR 1/12/12 Meeting called to order by President Dolly at 2014hrs In attendance: Mike Dolly, Roger Davenport, Phil Wenrich, Amanda Wenrich, Pat Smythe, Dean Keyes, Kevin Otto, Ron Berry, Jack & Sandy Esher, Ben Facciolo, Jenna Turner, Ellwood & Maurine Gittman, Laura Warren, Mark Sperratore, Dominic Squillace, Fred Mason, Glen Greenwalt and Jack Kelly Motion to accept the minutes as printed for the month of December 2011 (Keyes, Warren) TREASURER’S REPORT: Pat gave report for the month of January 2012. Motion to accept (Greenwalt, Keyes) QUARTERMASTER: Ben gave his report and still has items for purchasing. Among the items he has for purchasing are the reflective blue knights stickers INVESTIGATING:

HELMETS SHOULD BE WORN on any Blue Knights ride or group rides No Exceptions OLD BUSINESS: Please make note that our Chapter Picnic will be on June 10, 2012 at the VFW located at 1805 MacDade Blvd., Ridley Twp. Additional information will be sent as it becomes available.
NEW BUSINESS: Nominations for chapter officers to a 2-year term, until 2014. Office of President: Brother Mike Dolly. Office of Vice President: Phil Wenrich. Office of Treasurer: Patrick Smyth. Office of Secretary: Jack Kelly.
The following members were nominated for Directors of our chapter: Term of one (1) year-Brother Esher, Term of Two (2) years- Brother Glen Greenwalt, Term of three (3) years-Brother Elwood Gittman. All nominees accepted the nominations. At the February 2012 meeting, the nominees will take office.
The February Meeting at Brother Otto’s house will start at 7PM. This will be the new starting time for our meetings. This is a result of Sister Warren’s motion. Motion was passed.
Brother Berry made a suggestion that the monthly meeting take place more often at the VFW. It was discussed that any member that wants to have the meeting can have it either at their house or the VFW or, with the permission of Sister Wenrich, at her place of business in Aston Twp. A motion was made by Brother Wenrich to look into possible revision of the by-laws. President Dolly appointed a committee to look into any possible revisions of the by-laws. The committee appointed consists of Brothers Phil Wenrich, Brother Ron Berry and Brother Roger Davenport. They will report back to the members as to their findings.
GOOD OF THE ORDER: Brother Keyes wanted to thank everyone for the extra input at tonight’s meeting.
