Meeting called to order by President Mike Dolly at 2007 Hours
In attendance: Mike Dolly, Roger Davenport, Jack Kelly, Don Doyle, Craig Martin, Jack Esher, Fred Mason, Glen Greenwalt, Pat Smythe, Dean Keyes and Ron Berry. Motion to accept the minutes as printed for the month of June 2009. (Doyle, Davenport) passed TREASURER’S REPORT: For May and June, 2009 (Mason, Esher) passed QUARTERMASTER: If anyone is interested in items that are in stock or ordering items, contact Ben Facciolo. INVESTIGATING:

3rd reading: Craig Martin, retired from Upper Providence P.D.

Blue Knights Pa X Chapter Picnic (OUR PICNIC) Sunday June 13, 2010. Please mark that date on your calendar. We need help at our picnic and also door prizes. More information will be coming
Blue Knights PA Chapter II, 30th Annual Toy Run and Picnic, September 20th, 2009. Meeting at Phila Police Academy, leaving at 11:15AM to St Christopher’s Hospital HELMETS SHOULD BE WORN on any Blue Knights ride or group ride No Exceptions OLD BUSINESS: None

GOOD OF THE ORDER:
Discussion about raising money for our chapter. Will be checking on prices about a trip to Disney World for a family of 4 for 5 days. We will be selling chances for the trip and when information comes available, we will be sending same out. We will need help in selling the chances.
