MINUTES OF THE MEETING 8/13/2009

Meeting called to order by President Mike Dolly at 2008 Hours

In attendance:  Mike Dolly,  Roger Davenport, Jack Kelly,  Don Doyle, Craig Martin, Jack Esher, Fred Mason,  Pat Smythe, Dean Keyes, Ron Berry, Kevin Otto, Ben Facciolo, Laura Warren, Mark Sperratore, Rick Fuller, Joe Walsh, Matthew Sycz, Glen Greenwalt and Ellwood Gittman. 

Motion to accept the minutes as printed for the month of July 2009. (Keyes, Greenwalt) passed

TREASURER’S REPORT: For July 2009 (Keyes,Fuller) passed

QUARTERMASTER: If anyone is interested in items that are in stock or ordering items, contact Ben Facciolo. Ben will be ordering some long sleeve polo shirts and will have an inventory report for Sept meeting.

COMMUNICATIONS/ACTIVITIES:
Blue Knights Pa X Chapter Picnic (OUR PICNIC) Sunday June 13, 2010. Please mark that date on your calendar.  We need help at our picnic and also door prizes. More information will be coming
Blue Knights PA Chapter II, 30th Annual Toy Run and Picnic, September 20th, 2009. Meeting at Phila Police Academy, leaving at 11:15AM to St Christopher’s Hospital 

HELMETS SHOULD BE WORN on any Blue Knights ride or group ride. No Exceptions

OLD BUSINESS: Committee was formed for running a fund raiser for our chapter.  On the committee is Brother Keyes, Smythe and Fuller.  We will be selling tickets for a family of four, two adults and two children for 4 nights and 5 days including air fare to Walt Disney World.  Drawing will be at our chapter picnic on June 13, 2010.
