MINUTES OF THE MEETING 06/9/2011 Meeting called to order by President Dolly at 2006 Hours In attendance: Mike Dolly, Roger Davenport, Jack Kelly, Fred Mason, Dominic Squillace, Dean Keyes, Brian Rowe, Ellwood Gittman, Ron Berry, Ben Facciolo, Phil Wenrich, Amanda Wenrich, Ryan Keyes, Kevin Otto and Don Doyle Motion to accept the minutes as printed for the month of May 2011 (Gittman, Keyes) passed TREASURER’S REPORT: No report QUARTERMASTER: Brother Facciolo gave his report. INVESTIGATING:
3rd Reading: Thomas Bickta, Retired PA State Police and Brent Smith, Manatte County Sheriff’s Office, Bradenton, Fl. Motion to accept Bickta and Smith (Keyes & Berry) passed. Congratulations and Welcome!

COMMUNICATIONS/ACTIVITIES:

HELMETS SHOULD BE WORN on any Blue Knights ride or group rides. No Exceptions OLD BUSINESS: Nothing
NEW BUSINESS: It was brought up at the meeting about having door prizes at our chapter picnic next year. We are asking to start earlier this year to bring the door prizes between now and next years picnic, this way we can have a good amount of door prizes at next years picnic. It is never too early to start thanking everyone in advance.
GOOD OF THE ORDER:
Our Chapter X-mas Party will be on Dec 10, 2011 at Brothers Otto’s house this year. Please circle your calendar now for that date. Additional information will be coming over the next couple of months.
The family of Brother Jacobs is grateful of the representation at his funeral.
Brother Wenrich purchased a used police motorcycle that he would like to restore to its original police appearance and used it at different Blue Knights functions. It was suggested that before spending a lot of money, that President Dolly contact our chapter solicitor. President Dolly will make contact with Brother Pacillio.
